Thank you Ricky for your help on my Battery purchase. No guess work -I was impressed, you took the time to check VIN# to be sure I got the correct voltage. Even tho others that work in store tried to tell you what they thought it should be !! Went in this morning to purchase a battery for my 2007 Cadillac DTS. I brought in an old replacement battery from another vehicle for the core fee. The Clerk assumed that it was the battery that needed to be replaced. I was told that they didn't do free installs for my battery because it is under the rear seat. Long story short...I returned the incorrect battery and was given every excuse in the world by the Manager (who wasn't present during the transaction). Bottom battery was exchanged with poor customer relations.

Come in all the time and never have issues u til this recent time when my cashier was Tomazz. Didn’t order my part from the correct store and had me come in to pick up a part that was not there, so I had to come back the following day. Didn’t even use his correct register so his name was not on my receipt, then when I finally pick up my part the lady in the front tried to throw away my receipt as if returns aren’t a thing. Honestly very disappointed in the entire process.
