There is 1 guy helping someone outside with their car. 1 person stocking shelves. I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on. I even asked if anyone running counter. No one answered. I walked out. Came back because they didn't give me the right bolt for my shocks. They said they couldn't help with that. Lost a customer for good this time
The Trenton Ohio Advance Auto Parts employees are the best and are experts. I’ve been in the repair industry for over 25 years and have rarely seen a local parts store be able to get not only rare hard to find local parts but OEM parts at that. I had almost given up and went to the dealer but the advance team told me they could get the springs I needed for our Mazda so I gave them a shot beyond my skepticism.
