I worked with Heather today to fix a problem that was caused by a different store inthe region . Not only did she fix the problem, she helped accommodate my situation and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The three rivers location will be my go to for tools and parts for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would highly recommend!
I've had a terrible experience with advanced auto and I will never be returning to purchase anything ever at the three rivers location the manger there is a complete fool who can't seem to be able to do the most basic things like properly read the description of the part he's selling you I've gotten so many wrong parts in the last year it seems like from them and it tends to always be because of joe
