I would like to share the wonderful service I received from a lady named Fran at your Three Rivers store. She was able to find everything I needed and also gave great advice on how to insult my parts. She is so kind and very knowledgeable. Unlike the service I received at your Plainwell store the lady at the counter was very rude not helpful at all. My son told me about Three Rivers store so I went there.
Shout out to FRAN! She's a gem. Always so helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
