I've been coming here for a few years now, and know several of the guys by name. I always get helpful service from Tomas & Chuck, and Carlos is an exemplary GM, I always know I will get a solution to my problem or query when I see hermano working! Thanks Carlos, you rock brother! ♂️
I went in today for window washer fluid and they were very rude.. the guy who helped me was very nice but when I went to check out I accidentally sat my item on another guys counter to check out, not knowing he was In The middle of something and he was just extremely rude to me. I will not be going in here anymore and it’s sad bc I bought my old battery from them for my jeep no issue but the rudeness I had today definitely made a problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere and tell others to also.
The staff is always nice and knows what to look for when I don't know the part name or what my vehicle needs
Very friendly staff, so incredibly helpful, respectful,... store was super clean and smelled so great.. Great hours and excellent prices on there merchandise... I'll always go to advance for all my needs for my vehicle..
