They are very knowledgeable about parts. Now that they have a new owner the store hasn't been that full of parts and tools in years. Best Napa store around.
This store is the worst AAP store I have ever been in. I have called the main manager myself to complain about the lack of assistance you receive when visiting this store. You practically have to beg them to get off their personal cell phones to answer a question. I drive right past this location and go to Whitehall. Sad these young kids are going to run off all customers this location once had.
