Called ahead asked if they had 10w40 on an oil change deal. When I get there they tell me they only have quarts I appreciate the waste in gas.

Exceptional help just before closing time. Thank you so much to the knowledgeable gentleman working tonight. Took the time to thoroughly explain the differences products and then helped me change wipers n the rain! Couldn’t be more thankful. Definitely give this guy a raise!
Found another store AAP can close. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Purchased a set of battery terminal clamps and when I got home and opened the blister pack I found that it contained two positive terminal clamps instead of the positive and negative clamps as marked on the package. Upon returning the miss packaged clamps I was informed I could not get my money back because I had sliced the blister and would have to accept store credit.
