Always great service: professional, helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable.
Went to Advanced last week and was quickly greeted and assisted with a new battery. The neighboring competitors would not replace my battery due to having to take the filter off to get to it but the gentleman working was so polite and acted like it was his privilege to help me. His name was Mike and I really do appreciate the time he took out to help. He is an asset to the crew and I will be a returning customer because of him solely!
Couldn't find the parts we needed anywhere else.
My battery light came on. I went to this place,where the store Manager came out and did alot of reads. She was a HUGE asset to me . The Mgr. was training someone and she was really good. I took my truck to a non local shop and they wanted me to purchase something I didnt need. After the problem was fixed,I went back to Advance Auto and fortunately that same manager was still there and she sent out her best mechanic to answer any questions I had.
