I went there to have the battery checked in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler! The General Manager, Howard, was so helpful. He tested my battery and alternator, and realized my battery was shot. He then spent over 40 minutes wrestling to get my old battery out of my jeep and it was HOT. He never complained and finally wrestled it out and was able to put the new battery in! Thank you so much Howard!!! We appreciate you and your great Customer Service!
I want to take a moment to recognize Mason and his female colleague at Advanced Auto Parts (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) for going above and beyond the call of duty..
