Bad customer service , no help at all
Rodney smith was great help and knew what he was doing
Me and my senior mother went to get a new battery for our impala. We had no idea what we needed to do to replace it. Our service member Rodney was so calm and patient with us. He couldn't pull out the battery because of rules. But he stayed there and walked me through. He was very knowledgeable, and patient. We greatly appreciate your service members and will continue to go there whenever we have issues.
