I was just in the store to buy a break light and asked for help installing it. It has been a quick install in the past. The employee said it was against their policy to do that. So I took my business to O'Reilly's where they said they would be happy to help. I have many car purchases to make today so you lost quite a bit of business. not only from me but from my friend who also needed multiple car related things. I understand the employees do not make these policies, but who ever does may need to rethink that one.
Stopped here on New Years Day an hour before closing time only to discover they were closing early. The store clerk very nonchalantly locked the door and didn't care what I needed or why. It would have only taken a moment. This is why my parts store of choice is O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I won't be back.
