When my truck died they were very friendly and very quick to get me a new battery. Blythe even installed the battery for me and it runs great after several hundred miles.
The part I picked up was for my son and they had it waiting for me at the counter. The bad thing about it was that the part evidently had been a return as when my son opened the package you could see that it had already been out of the package and used. The part didn't work but we were away from home and didn't have time to return it as defective.
My son asked me to pick up an item from here as I was already in town. He buys a lot of parts etc from this place. The check out guy was really rude at first. He did get a little friendlier at the end of the transaction but it seemed forced and first impressions count. 2 guys in there and not 1 offered to help me carry my item to the vehicle and I was the only customer.
