The staff is very knowledgeable about the parts and do a great job providing customer service.
If it isn't quick and easy they're not really interested in helping.
I hate to go to this store, but sometimes I HAVE to. The one in cartersville is MUCH better!
I go into advance auto at 930 am no one else in the store. Ask to get my battery tested on my truck. He looked outside at my truck the back at me says it’s gonna be awhile and started throwing all these excuses of why he couldn’t do it right now. In other words these free service or very low on the priority list. Just lost a sale of a new battery
