April 2025 purchased a atv battery. The battery failed to keep a charge and November took it back to the store. The atv was kept in a heated garage. The clerk quickly pointed out the battery was only garanteed for 60 days and that for $20 more we could have purchased a one year guarantee. Nothing she could do. She did offer to sell another battery at full price. I declined her offer as If their batteries don't last and you have to purchase a one year waranty, no thanks. Jennifer was very helpful, she patiently answered all my questions and was able to help me understand the problem with my Vehicle.
Ordered a part that was supposed to be same day delivery but I never received it the same day at all. Very poor quality service.
