Store manager Scott is rude and likes to hang up on people mid conversation for asking a question.
Don’t know the dudes name but he was having a whole conversation while a line started gathering and seems to pass work off to his co-workers. He was then on the phone and basically yelling at his family members and then went to the back to have another associate help the rest of the line. I get family emergency’s but telling a customer “are you hearing this right now” and telling your family to “ quit arguing because you’re at work” doesn’t seem like much of an emergency
Martin and Jose helped me warranty a dead battery in the snow and now I get to go home with a running car! Thanks for the great customer service!!! Right before close too
What you expect. Not the easiest parking lot to enter if you have never been here before the entrance is off a side street that wraps around the back of the building
