The Raphael is still the standard for Kansas City. Classy elegant rooms and lobby and great service. The Chaz restaurant also was a lot of fun to ring in the new year. Great small plates and great jazz.

Today has been utter chaos! Long story short, my car has been acting super crazy for the last few weeks. I ended up at this location this morning after my car, again, did not start properly. I was flustered and emotional but Izzy took great care of me! She helped get my battery tested and said the reading was a little low so she suggested leaving it there for them to charge.
