Jordan and the other woman who works there changed my battery super fast and were extremely kind and patient! I highly recommend going here for any of your needs as they are all extremely wonderful, knowledgeable and affordable. 5 stars!
Ordered this $85 serviceable moog tie rod online, for quality, (for a $2500 car mind you) instead of the $35 non serviceable store brand one, had someone pick it up for me, just to have my time wasted. Box covered in shipping tape on both ends looking like a damaged return. Great idea, skip inspecting the return, just put it back into stock to sell to the next consumer to waste their time. Carquest sells the same parts but they would never!
I just had a not-so-great experience. My car started flashing engine oil low on 1%. I just had my oiled changed a couple months prior, so I figured my mechanic just forgot to reset it. I called my normal mechanic, he said to stop in advance or any auto parts store just in case something is wrong and get them to check it. My only problem with Advanced is items constantly being out of stock. Staff is always friendly and does their best to help
