Always put on hold and the phone never gets picked back up. It’s like it’s a joke over there.
Monday Sept 1 at 1:30. Unprofessional from walking in to walking out. Taking and cursing in the back but we could hear it. Then leaving and I say have a nice day and lil guy doesn't say anything.. you guys need to work on that ASAP.
No customers in the store and the jesters in there, just try to avoid any questions about the products that I was looking for, They should go to Napa for customer service training.
