Good staff, the day that I was there. 4 stars only because the parking lot and access are indicative of what happens when NJ keeps cutting new lanes out of your lot frontage. Then it snowed. A foot.
My aging CR-V needed a new battery. Madyson made the process of swapping out the old one for the new quick, painless, and even pleasant. Great customer service!
Convient location on my way into PA in Phillipsburg. As I pulled into a parking spot and employee was finishing helping a customer at their car. By the time we got to the door, she knew what I was looking for, took me right where I needed, grabbed the part I needed, I was out the door in a minute, and happily on my way!
I know everyone needs a job but the older gentleman at the counter means well , but this job isn't for him . Instead of refunding my account he somehow charged it for the core ( later fixed by bank ) also his eyes are not the best therefore be careful when ordering by part number be sure to double check. He's not familiar with car parts at all he thought calipers were brake pads im only saying this to prevent future issues he's very friendly but just not competent to do this job im sorry but its true customer beware
