What a wonderful experience compared to the other location I visited. The associate here was the complete opposite of the person I dealt with before—she was entirely focused on customer satisfaction. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and kindly asked what I needed. She took my pickup receipt, located my item in less than 30 seconds, and did it all with a pleasant attitude—using terms of endearment while still remaining professional. Very rude and unprofessional first and last time I ever come to this location.
Walked in and stood in front of 3 associates for about 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. No one even greeted me so I left. My recommendation is to go to AutoZone which is about a minute away.
