Just wanted to share a not so good day with my vehicle but with the help of my local Advance Auto in Rocky Mount, Va. these men came to my rescue . Tommy put me in a new battery , Mike helped me with several parts needed and Austin changed out my batteries for my key fob . These three guys went above and beyond to help me today . Thank you all great team players!

I have to say that the store in Folkston Georgia is one of the best of any brand in the region. Costumer service is exemplary. The manager ( Joseph) went well far and beyond to help a family that broke down. At the state line. I stopped to help them. Took them to the store and he achieved the impossible. He got a part for them that was very hard to find. I won't go into lengthy details. But Joseph got what they needed. Enough said.

If there were TEN stars, I would give store #08449 at 205 Grande Heights Drive in Cary NC all ten of them and more. I came home from a trip Sunday to a dead car battery. Bad timing. I had an important doctor's appointment early the next morning and it was Sunday afternoon. I jumped my car with my wife's battery and went to the nearest auto parts store.
