I’ve had the worst day, and Niel’s kindness meant everything to me. I went in because I had placed a pickup order for a jump starter and some oil. Niel was very gentle when talking to me and his kindness was evident. It made me feel a lot better, despite my car troubles.
They have what I need.

Not my best experience due to lack of empathy for error on the staff behalf. I'm not a mechanic but came into the store in December 2025 for windshield wipers. The team member looked my car up and sold me my windshield wiper. Come back today to get the other side replaced and another team member looked my car up and informed me I need a size 26 and 18.Well, the 1st team member sold me the wrong size and versus fixing the issue and showing some empathy.
