Had to finally leave and go to Oriely's for my oil and filter. One attending the front and voices in the back with 5 customers and a ringing phone. Asked the voices for assistance 2x and got a "Be right out" . Five minutes later I went to Oriely's 2 minutes up the street. The attendent there said I wasn't the first today.
Stopped here on a Saturday morning to pick up some diesel exhaust fluid. Only one person on duty, and she was out in the parking lot trying to fix someone's car. Stood in line for awhile, then just left. Went to Autozone down the street. Two smart guys behind the counter, great service, and DEF was cheaper to boot. These days auto parts stores may all look the same, but some are definitely better than others...

This is just for the free battery installation service - otherwise I rate the store 5 stars. The battery installation was incomplete when he handed me my keys back. One of the j bars broke which is not uncommon. No worries, I will buy new ones for when they finish the install. New battery was installed and connected. Went in to buy new j bars and the employee (who was installing the battery) rang me out. Great, now out to the car to finish the installation.
