Shocking that you go into advance for 3 Gallons of oil for a Nissan Titan and they only have 2 was told that on that friday they have one warehouse run left for the day mind you the DC 11 is less then a mile away this was friday at noon stopped by on the way to work(which i work at DC 11 ) to pick up the oil that i paid for and wasn’t there at 5:45 pm was told that they ordered it for another store across town(electric road hub) counter guy called the man who was to send someone and said that he never sent him. Got here about 3 hours before our delivery appt time and they offloaded us in 2.5hrs and gave us our paperwork too, all just half an hour before our appt time even starts.
I had 8am appointments I came on time they told me no it’s 9pm so after many hours waiting now it’s past 9pm already and they saying they are not sure when they can take me in damn man.
