Very knowledgeable, very helpful
I don’t usually stop by this Advance Auto Parts as often as I should, but after some weeks back, that’s going to change. I came in with a few old acid-lead batteries from an old UPS that I needed to recycle. AutoZone turned me away, despite having accepted similar batteries in the past, but the staff here took them without any issues. I went to the usual places like Tractor Supply and a local lawn and garden equipment store looking for an uncommon gel battery for a piece of equipment, and had no luck. I pulled in on a whim to my local Advance store and didn't see one like it on the racks. James noticed me looking and ask if he could help. I had the battery in my truck so he told me to bring it in.
