Today has been a great dayI met this wonderful guy named James that really took the time to help me. The atmosphere is so pleasant. Everybody is so nice. They will always have my business. they will go away and beyond to help you and to make you happy kudos to them
Honestly there are not enough stars to give the gentlemen that helped us on 9/14. I ran in frantic as my niece was twisted and stuck in the seatbelt in the back seat and I could not get her out. All three employees Robert, James and Angel that were on staff ran out to help in anyway they could. Robert immediately open the back door, made sure my niece was ok and assured her that everything would be ok. He told her he would get her out safely. He ran back in and brought out screw driver and some tool and was able to unlock th... read more
Thought this was a great store until the part I got turned out to be faulty. Then the store employee. Would take a vin number because “he didn’t want to type in 30 numbers”. Then when I was trying to return a part, all of a sudden they can’t find my cell number that I bought the part under. Bunch of crooks, will never use this company again. I called AutoZone and they were very happy to take my business. You guys lost a good customer, especially one that works on the six cars that belong to my family. Shame on you
Absolutely a joke we got four different ac compressors for my truck. EVERYTHING SINGLE ONE WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE. Finally we got money back a went to fishers auto parts, ordered the part, CHEAPER, first part was correct 🤯.
