All the stuff here is very rude and lazy

The young lady that answered the phone there today was very rude like she's at home on the phone instead of representing somebody's place of business. Should be off the phone not communicating with customers maybe moving batteries around or something like that when she don't have to talk to anyone.
Marlon was very professional and very patient with showing my son how to recharge Freon
