John at Advance Auto Parts in Ashland, VA was absolutely the most helpful! Thank you kindly good sir! Would return if needed to this location!
After giving me a faux runaround for 10 mins, staff would not replace a obviously defective battery (blown cell and only showing 3v) under replacement warranty with receipt. Took to another store and got it replaced. Advise staying away from advance, as they clearly are struggling and are now playing warranty games to juice revenue.
