After giving me a faux runaround for 10 mins, staff would not replace a obviously defective battery (blown cell and only showing 3v) under replacement warranty with receipt. Took to another store and got it replaced. Advise staying away from advance, as they clearly are struggling and are now playing warranty games to juice revenue.
Clean store and friendly employees.
Too bad. I will never shop at any advanced again. Too long of a story to post, bottom line, this world has turned into a bunch of babies and one of your employees proved that today. Never again
