Transaction dispute for $68. Tried to show the guy at the register the transaction went through and debited from my account. He blew me off and was adamant the transaction cancelled and didn’t process.
I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this particular store. But they will not get another dime of my money. You buy a heavy duty product with a lifetime warranty. Its junk straight out the box. Yeah your return policy says no refunds. Why would I wont another junk part??? I buy all my parts elsewhere from now on!!

I was told that I had no break lights at all. So what did I do, of course go to Advance (which was a blessing btw) and got bulbs and fuses. I replaced both bulbs and the fuse and still no break lights. I go back in there and was looking for advice and they mentioned break light switch (which had been replaced about 5 years ago). So I got one and thank goodness that was it. I really want to thank the guys working there. They were so much help.
Since when did they stop helping people do stuff. I bought a head light and asked the guy if he could help me put it in and he said no we don't do that anymore. It's a waste of our time. Well I got pulled tonight and I told the cop that I bought a light but y'all failed to help me. I will be going to Oreillys from now on.
