My father had the worst experience here, compliments of Dan the Retail Manager. My father bought a battery for his car there--actually we buy all of our car parts here--but never again. Anyway, came home, found a coupon for $20, and brought the coupon back in to the store with his receipt and asked if they could refund him the difference ($20).
