in 2014 I was too sick to change the battery and we brought it in and the fellow wound up cutting the cables. Said he couldn't get them off the terminals but I had put the old battery on myself I'm not saying
Carl, who answered my phone call when most places were closed b/c of icy roads, said he could help me get correct low beam bulb for my moms car. He met me outside, popped hood and checked beams in order to determine how to get me the correct bulb. Grateful for his friendly efficient help.
