Just stopped in store on San Ritt and the gentleman working was a huge help with wipers. Sadly I didn’t get his name, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond!
Dwayne if I am spelling his name correctly gave excellent customer service. He is a keeper in my book.
Went in for a check engine light scan and was greeted with an employee who seemed bothered by my request. We went out to my car and he just said “key” and held out his hand.. did the scan, and started walking back to the shop without a word. He printed the papers out for me and just slid them over.. again in silence. I had to ask if he could explain the code as I’m not familiar with them. Again he seemed annoyed? He had an ear piece in so maybe he was just on the phone but even then it was just all very cold and unfriendly.
Great customer service
It was the right store for the right amount of money!
