went into Advance Auto Parts to buy a car battery, and the customer service was excellent. The staff helped me choose the right one and installed it quickly and professionally. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great experience — I’ll definitely return for future auto needs.
Staff could do better attending the customer’s. They had sales on certain products and they didn’t even mention them. Return product for the sale on the same product I purchased. Four staff members and one actually working. Had customers waiting to be attended.
i only stop in here when necessary as to not go all the way into town. prices are still comparable to walmart/amazon but asking the staff for any help is pointless, sent a friend in there for a spark plug socket and the guy caught attitude telling her "youre just going to have to look"
