As with most, I typically don’t go out of my way to post a review unless I’ve had a particularly negative or, in this case, particularly positive experience. The folks here at the Black Mountain location were so kind- it can be uncomfortable and intimidating as a young woman to go into an auto parts shop & oftentimes be spoken down to. This store hires men who actively break traffic laws. Their employee, Chad Harper, committed a hit and run going 50mph in a 20mph zone. Refused to break when he got flagged down by home owners who witnessed the event there were CHILDREN present. A dog is dead, a family is broken and this man gets to walk away without consequences? Shame. On. You. I figured an automotive store would have more respect for itself.

Very unhelpful. Went in there for one simple thing and got nothing but sideways glances and zero help. Especially Chad Harper… Never going back!
Superior customer service. JR should be recognized by management for being an exceptional employee. I stopped by a couple days ago and had a to get some air filters for my car. I asked for JR to help me install the filters because I couldn't get the air filter to move. He came out and it was like a TEDTALK on how to install the filters. He can actually teach a class!!
