Needed to get a battery checked/replaced. Got a good deal and quick professional service.
Reliable. Just about any store that stocks decently is awesome to have around like the others. Always been treated right. Just bought a steering wheel cover and I couldn't get the stupid thing in so went back for a refund. The guy asked if he minded if he gave it a shot. Wow... As with most, I typically don’t go out of my way to post a review unless I’ve had a particularly negative or, in this case, particularly positive experience. The folks here at the Black Mountain location were so kind- it can be uncomfortable and intimidating as a young woman to go into an auto parts shop & oftentimes be spoken down to.
