Wish they where little more knowledgeable on batteries. I question the difference between 70 and 60amp golf cart batteries. A, didn't do my homework. B, $1000 dollars later, I should of never bought the 60amps. IDK. Could of been a better exchange. Even talked about the difference. Guess it was all they offered and it was all I could get. Lesson learned.
Management as well as staff needs to be replaced. Stores should be shut down.
Matt Weiss went above and beyond. We went there to get ignition coils and spark plugs; my husband mentioned that we had a fuse out and that our phone was dead. Matt not only offered to help us check and change the necessary fuse, but also allowed us to charge a phone while we were doing so. We left being able to charge our phones (fuse was replaced) and headed to the Cambridge location to pick up 1 more coil (that we already paid for at the Easton location) that they didn't have in stock.
