Northfield MN location has no customer service experience! suggest to go else where. Nephew accidentally left the bolts in core box and when he asked for them back minutes later, they refused to open the box and said we sell them you can buy them. When brother told them that they would not be returning to business ever again, the rep chased my brother out of store harassing him trying to get into a physical altercation.
