This is very terrible and very rude people. Specially, the lady her name is. Stacy C. She is terrible communication with customer and very rude. I really never go deal with advanced auto parts anymore forever not recommended auto advance auto parts. I really like AutoZone is the best.
Went here two weeks ago to get my brake pads replaced and windshield wipers replaced, and they were awesome! Ivan is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
Ivan was awesome! My car battery went bad, and he helped me every step of the way, figuring out the right battery and assisting with the installation. The customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Great customer service! Came in saturday to purchase some brake pads and rotors and I'd like to say thank you to Stacy for your help! I had no idea about the brake pad quality and she gave me different options to choose from. Got the good ones this time. She offered me ceramic instead of metallic pads which are ones I got last time and were noisy. She is great and patient
