There were 5 employees and no cashiers, the store was empty and no one wanted to checkout the customer line. Horrible, slow, lazy, and super rude! No one was willing to help me so i helped myself and found what i needed, but waited 20mins in line in an EMPTY store.
The service and experience i recieved at this store was excellent! I had a young lady by the name of Stacy help me out with my car parts. Had to do some returns from another store cause i was given the wrong parts but she went into detail explaining the differences on the parts that were given to me. Asking questions that i wasnt asked on my first purchase so it made sense why my parts were wrong, and she seems to know what she's talking about. This review is for Mariah. She was such a great help with my friend and I. She assisted us in finding the correct cabin air filter size as well as providing the tool needed to change the filter.
