I placed an order at 9 am for same day delivery from the Bridgeport location. 7 hours later still no parts and I am less than .5 miles from the store. I call and get an employee who tells me they do not do same day delivery at this location even though the website offers it. He proceeds to tell me it would most likely come from Grafton and I may or may not get it but there was nothing he could do. So now I have nothing but a bunch of useless babbling and no tool. Nothing but a bunch of clowns.
I have been here twice in the last month and both times the employees were helpful, polite and professional. The second time i was here, was within the last week, when Sean went far above his duties by helping me with an electrical problem on my work truck. He spent at least an hour helping me figure out the issue and dove in fully to help me get the truck back to work so that my boss didn't have to hear some bad news. Purchase else where, system is down quite often so thia place is not dependable. Even with and online order THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED they will not take an online reciept and pull the parts.
They are the one place that had the item in stock.. everywhere else said wait 4 days
