Customer Service – My experience was different on September 24. I went in for a part for my automobile and the young lady proceeded to see if they had the part in stock on their computer. After a few minutes I became doubtful that the part she was giving me was correct because she looked unsure herself. However, she insisted that it was the correct part. Bad Parts - Good service – Two of the parts I needed to do the job were both bad. Did not know until I got home.( One was a return as fas as I could tell, and the second, a bearing, was all rusty.) They did not have any more. However, a return was not a problem. I went to Napa who had my parts, and they were in a sealed plastic in oil! Try Napa first. They are now cheaper and usually in stock, not to mention, better parts.
Their pretty good – What I like most about Advance Auto Parts is the services that they offer for free like checking your battery and alternator. This service alone makes Auto Zone worth going to. I've gone on several ocassions to check my battery, and check engine signal. They will do it right away with out a hassle and will not try to sell you something that you don't even need.
Best people around – This store is great. They have the best people and a great Store manager (Don). They are friendly and helpful. They usually have the parts and the stores is always clean, even in this old building.
AVOID ! ! ! – The manager IZZY is a realy cocky piece of garbage. Looks to be an undercover terrrorist or something. Very rude and inconsiderate. Avoid Monroe Avenue location just to not deal with HIM ! Go to another location
