I am giving this shop a five out of five stars based on the level of customer service they offer and the quality of the accessories being sold here.
I stopped in at the Foley Advance Auto Parts store at 4 o'clock p.m. I did not receive any help with my vehicle changing the bulb for 45 minutes the lady that was helping the other customer was all over the place overlooked me several times and when the customer had left I still did not get any help and should I was told she was gone
Lawn tractor Battery these batteries are no good, do not buy, I purchased it was sick for several months and it was for a generator, when I was able to put the battery in, it did not work, It was never used, they said, battery was guaranteed for only 90 days this was an expensive battery and lasted less than 6 months, these batteries they sell are garbage 2 time I have had problem with these batteries, they are no good for me. Never again will I buy from them, they could care less.
advanced auto online ordering – the online ordering system is possibly the worst i have ever used. i hope you will never need customer service!!! my opinion comes from a three day feat to order parts that my local store had and five hours on the phone over the course of all that to only have to go to store anyways and then when you need to return something you better make sure you have your same card and be prepared to wait a week to get your money back. funny how you get parts and have to pay for them before you get them an... read more
Most Rude Person Ever – Recently I called the Just Brakes on 600 E. William Cannon to get a quote for them doing work on a part. They quoted me $20-$30. When my husband and I took the part to Just Brakes, the manager Todd Buck told my husband it would be $50. We left the part and returned over an hour later to pick it up. Just Brakes - The worst car care company on earth – I took my 2005 Mazda 6 there to change brake pads and shoes cuz I heard grinding noise. Firstly they examined and advised me to change the discs and calipers too which would cost more than $500 at the end. I told them to do just the basic. SURPRISED! – Surprised that there are not MORE good reviews SINCE 2006. WOW! Had a very good experience with them. Car was ready FAST and the receptionist was VERY friendly. Definately recommend for fast and affordable service. Thank you.
