What an excellent experience! I called ahead to be sure what I needed was available George answered the phone saying the computer had one in stock, before having me drive down he enlisted Shawn to be sure it was on the shelf and he broughtn it to the front counter to hold for me. When I arrived I was greeted by Sandy who knew exactly what I came for, with a smile! Thank goodness for such a smooth operation 🙌 and excellent experience!
I called earlier today to see if they had a battery for a 50cc scooter. I spoke with Ryan who was very helpful. I asked if it was eligible for the online discount and he said he didn't see why it wouldn't be. I attempted to order it online but it was not eligible so I just went to the store to purchase it. There were two and he told me they were completely charged and didn't need acid or anything. Ryan was nice enough to give me a 10% discount since it didn't qualify for the online discount.
