I stopped in because I thought I might need a new battery. The clerk was nice, but not very knowledgeable. She had difficulty opening the hood of my car, finding the battery and hooking up the machine to check my battery. After tying me up for about 30 minutes, I ultimately find out that they do not have anyone who can install a battery working at night. Wow!! Thanks for absolutely nothing!!
Recommendedif you need and trying to get ur ride fix to get home see these fine folks. i was down on my luck and they helped me find wat i needed.
My husband just bought the stuff for an oil change u all gave him the wrong filter already drained the oil we had to find a ride there and pay for that ride and u all wouldn't even bring us the right oil filter we deserved a full refund for the time the trouble I will never shop there again. I will take all my business to Auto Zone u just lost a life long customer I used to only shop at Advance but never again..
