Today I made a purchase of all my brake systems for my Ford 350 in a store la vergne and they did not have all the parts, they sent me to pick up some parts to this location . and a person of name BRANDON treat me very bad for a piece that I need to deliver and treat myself as if I were stealing it I have a very arrogant person with an orrible genius which another employee there brought me the piece that I have missing . and I treat myself with a very kindness . Firing this guy by the name Brandon was a terrible employee.
Went there to check my battery. They used their tool and said my battery was fine. The machine said my starter voltage was low and recommend I get a new starter. I went to Firestone and spent $41 to check the electrical units in my car. They said everything is fine. So now I’m short $41 for nothing. Please check your tools advanced auto parts!
Had my My engine light come on and Brandon helped me so much with checking my obd-II! He helped me find the exact issue the part I needed to replace and now I am back to cruising and feeling good! Thank you so much Brandon! If y'all come here definitely suggest putting your trust in his hands!
