Great establishment with good customer service, I asked for a product and they kindly escorted me to the area where the product was with no hassle
Disgusting area and store. The absolute worst customer service. Everyone behind that counter needs to be fired and I think it's about time the government cleans this area up. 4 hours later for a "ready in 30 mins" order. I call to cancel after waiting and waiting. After 30 mins of being on hold I finally get answered. They say in order to process my cancellation I'd have to speak with the manager, then he just hangs up.
