I stopped yesterday because my car had blown a fuse for the 12-volt battery charging outlet. The gentleman here yesterday was super nice and help me fix the fuse. Turns out I had the fuse as a spare inside my car. After figuring out how to change it out he wasn't even going to charge me for his service. But I came in and bought some stuff anyway because I appreciated his help. Excellent customer service! I was having a rotten day in this guy made me feel a lot better.
I had difficulty starting my vehicle on the Sunday before Memorial Day and suspected the battery was on the verge of failure. I went to Advance Auto Parts in Stoughton on Memorial Day. The technician who assisted me confirmed that my battery was weak and quickly replaced it with a new battery. Excellent professional and courteous service. Very much appreciated.
