Great customer service
Yesterday I went looking for a serpentine belt tool and asked one of the cashiers. Will was at the register at the time; he explained everything I needed to know and more. His customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you, Will!
Unless you are 100% sure what you are buying and the tool works, don't buy from this store. Try Walmart or other place. I bought a Cross Lug Wrench from the store and tried to loose the flat tire it didn't work. It ends up my friend used the power tool to unscrewed it and I took the tire to Costco - free repair! Figuring out this took is not working for me and tried to return it the store, I was told the wheel bolt maybe overtighten, and if there is no defect for the tool and the tool was used, they won't take it back.
