Better customer service!!
I went in for a battery. Sclera on duty, Mo, disinclined my request to install a battery that I was going to purchase because he was sending both of his assistants to pick up items at other locations. Even though all three were there at the time. I asked him if he cared about the sale and stated I would go elsewhere. This type of customer service is what I get at this store routinely. Never going back. He lost a $200.00 sale for bad customer service.
The best in Little Rock!! Won't shop anywhere else!!
