Had an employee that was more interested in a cigarette break than helping customers. Did not want to replace or even look at a headlight bulb. Told us the price to replace was $30. Using the price to try to scare us away and saying that wiring was the problem. Went to the competitor. They actually removed the bulb and said the bulb was bad. Local competitor was $15.
