Jan 2025 -- Sadly, the battery from my Mar 2024 post below failed (10.2v dead); however, Terry and Gavin helped to get me a replacement at 8PM on a cold winter night. Dropped in the new battery and it was perfect! Mar 2024 -- Richard and team were excellent. Had to run a battery test on my wife's 7-yr old Lexus. Counter salesman seemed totally uninterested in helping me. Very strange communication, seemed annoyed I was asking questions and seeking his recommendation. Ended up buying one part since I was there, ordered the rest from competition.
