I believe the gentleman who helped us was Tim R. he was helpful and personable.
The service I received was quite unsatisfactory, particularly from the commercial manager, Virgil. I am very displeased with the service, as they consistently seem to lack the items I require. It appears there may be some inefficiencies in their operations at Advanced Auto Parts and Batteries and Parts of Punxsutawney, despite my five years of patronage. Consequently, I will now be transitioning my business to Hovis, as their service is significantly superior..
We were in town for GHD, on our way into town our van started acting up. Parked, froze, enjoyed GHD then set out to diagnose our issue. Pulled into the competition, no help at all! Went to Advanced and the young man came out promptly, read the codes and went into detail about what it was and how easy of a fix it was. VERY knowledgeable and very polite. He went ahead and further checked our systems to make sure there was nothing further wrong. Awesome service and GREATLY appreciated!
The cashiers know nothing about cars most of the time. Order online and you’ll pay less… expensive if you walk in.
