Very poor service. Actually, NO service. Went to buy a new battery this morning. No customers in the store, several employees. I told them I needed a battery and none of them wanted to do it. One said he was needing to count money, one was on the phone, one said he had to make a phone call, one was leaving soon...they all had some lame excuse. So, I asked if Auto Zone was still across from Kroger, they said yes. I went to Auto Zone, there were many customers in the store but I was waited on promptly and got a new battery ins... read more
