Had to get parts for an oil change. I was sold the most expensive filter (24.99) and a whole drain plug when all I needed was the washer but was told the only way it comes is to buy the whole thing. After however I found out they could have ordered the washer or I could have gone somewhere else to get it. So instead of $1 I had to pay $6.99. I don't know much about cars or oil changes.
