Store does not honor warranty/return of defective merchandise. Flat out refused to refund for a defective part. Attempted to return and was given the option to drive to another store to pick up the same part that failed me. I refused and purchased a different part elsewhere (1 mile away, had new competitor part in my hands 15 minutes later). Was given the "run around" store manager said "only the DM can refund you" this is flat out not true, and a complete lie. Theft. Scam. I purchased a part. Spent time installing it only to find that the part was defective. I took the part off, went back to the store. Unfortunately, they did not have another part in the store or at any near me to exchange. So I requested my money back. The staff at the store said no, I had to wait for the GM. I had to get my vehicle fixed in the meantime, bought another part (that worked!) from a different store/competitor. I waited and went back when the GM was at the store. Management of this store is very selective and has refused to loan tools on multiple occasions. Disappointing as I can walk here but instead have to drive down the road to autozone or Oreilys. I would recommend other auto part businesses as this is a last resort.

I wish there is a 0 star no wonder why people prefer to go to another place to get their auto parts. I got the wrong part thanks to their great customer service service and the willingness to to help customers.
