I went into Advance for a few things for an oil change and was LOST! Terrence noticed I was confused and stepped in immediately to assist. His service was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable of everything he was doing. I walked out with the things I needed for the oil change and more. I will definitely be shopping with them again so thank you Mr Terrence.
Terrence was extremely helpful when I came into the store a few days ago to get my battery changed. His customer service is top-notch!

I came into Advaced Auto on September 23 with a bad battery. Terrance immediately assisted me no questions asked other than the year of my car. Terrance is such a kind, helpful and respectful gentleman. Terrance also knows his stuff about vehicles very well. I can not compliment this man enough! While we were outside Danny popped in and took over replacing my battery. Danny is also very kind and respectful! They both deserve a raise in my opinion! EXCELLENT customer service!!!!
